As Deputy Headteacher at ADROPI SECONDARY SCHOOL, I am proud to be part of a school community that places students at the heart of everything we do. We believe in fostering a culture where every young person is valued, challenged, and supported to achieve their very best—both in the classroom and beyond.
Our school is more than a place of learning; it’s a vibrant, inclusive community built on mutual respect, high expectations, and strong relationships between students, staff, families, and the wider community. These values underpin all of my work as Deputy Headteacher.
My core responsibilities include:
- Leading on behaviour, attendance, and pastoral care.

- Strengthening partnerships with parents and local organisations.
Secondary school is a time of rapid growth and change. Our role is not only to guide students academically but also to help them grow into confident, responsible, and compassionate young adults. I am committed to ensuring every student is known, heard, and supported to thrive—regardless of their background or starting point.
One of the most rewarding parts of my role is seeing our students develop their character, resilience, and aspirations. Whether they are excelling in the classroom, contributing to community projects, or taking part in sports, the arts, or leadership roles—our students consistently show us the power of a supportive and ambitious school environment.
