Uganda National Anthem
First Stanza
Oh Uganda!
may God uphold thee,
We lay our future in thy hand
United free
For Liberty
Together we’ll always stand

Second Stanza
Oh Uganda!
The Land of freedom
Our Love and labour we give,
And with neighbours all
At our country’s call
In peace and friendship we’ll live

Third Stanza
Oh Uganda!
The land that feed us
By sun and fertile soil grown
For our own dear land
We’ll always stand
The pearl of Africa’s crown.

Educate Club Hosts Inspiring Community Day at Adropi Secondary School.
The Educate Club at Adropi Secondary School held its annual Community Day with great enthusiasm and participation, bringing students together under the theme of "Service, Skills, and Solidarity." The event, held under the shade of mango trees on the school grounds, focused on practical service and environmental responsibility. With brooms made from local materials in hand, students proudly demonstrated teamwork and commitment to maintaining a clean and healthy school environment. The activity served as both a practical clean-up effort and a symbolic act of unity and shared responsibility.
“Community Day is more than just sweeping—it’s about building a mindset of ownership and leadership,”
said one of the club coordinators. The event featured both boys and girls from various classes, all in uniform, working together and showing pride in their contributions. Their efforts highlight the Educate Club’s mission: to empower young people to take initiative, serve their community, and lead by example. In addition to the cleaning activity, students engaged in discussions about sustainability, personal hygiene, and the importance of civic involvement in school development. Teachers and club patrons praised the event for instilling discipline, cooperation, and practical skills among learners.
“We want our students to leave this school not just with grades, but with values that can transform communities,”
said the Head Teacher. As the sun set on a productive day, the broom-wielding students smiled for photos—capturing a moment of pride, purpose, and community spirit. Plans are already underway to make future Community Days even more impactful, including tree planting and peer mentorship programs.
